Durham University

Durham University are a world-class university. Our academic teaching and research programmes are delivered through departments contained within three faculties: Arts and Humanities, Science, and Social Sciences and Health. The strength of our academic excellence is reflected in the latest Research Excellence Framework (REF 2014) results, which is a national exercise to determine the quality of research in UK universities. REF 2014 identified world-leading research in every Durham University subject. We are home to 3,500 postgraduates, from over 130 countries, creating a rich and diverse academic community. We are collegiate, with colleges providing residential, social and welfare facilities, creating a sense of community for staff and students, each with their own sporting and social scenes. Imperial College London

King's College London

London School of Economics & Political Science

LSE is the world’s leading dedicated social science institution, with many departments achieving the highest ratings for teaching quality and research. Situated in the heart of London, students from around 150 countries join those from all over the UK. This creates an unequalled cosmopolitan student body, bringing a diverse and challenging perspective to Masters study in the social sciences.

LSE offers over 140 taught postgraduate (MSc) programmes across 30 departments or institutes. As a 'laboratory of the social sciences', the School's academic profile spans a wide range of disciplines, from Accounting to Law, Management to Urbanisation. Postgraduate research degrees (MPhil/PhD) are offered by all of LSE's departments and institutes. Students are invited to submit applications that complement the academic interests of the School's staff. Entry requirements vary depending on the programme.
